The Danish Network for Agricultural Research Development. NETARD’s purpose is to make it possible for Danish agricultural development research to become a catalyst in Danish development co-operation.
Research Network for Environment and Development. The ReNED web site provides information on the Danish research community within environment and development as well as on events, relevant documents and links to partners.
Comparing and supporting endogenous development. The Compas programme is an initiative to improve the quality of development support initiatives. The project provides support to local organisations, which are enhancing biological and cultural diversity and sustainable management of natural resources by building on Indigenous Knowledge Systems and local leadership. It is a response to the growing view among development practitioners that stagnating agricultural production, environmental degradation, loss of biodiversity and cultural distortion in many parts of the third world are related to the type of development interventions which have taken place.
