Description:
3.8.2011: Helga/Ilse: The new eprints version shows the status of a paper very clearly, so we think that this is enough.
With the many new depositors in the archive, in particularly in relation to conference submissions, there is a risk that they do not finish the process, and the eprint are left in their workspace. This has happened in some cases.

It may help to reduce such errors, if the depositors are notified by email when they have deposited an eprint - and they are told to expect such an email.

Maybe (?) they should also get an acceptance email when the eprint is moved to the main archive - or will this confuse users?
